APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Complete application form (NOTE: the application form includes long-form essay questions)
  2. If advanced, a P/B team member will conduct with you a phone interview to learn more about you and how your personality would fit within an organization’s culture
  3. If you advance beyond the phone screening, you’ll be paired with an organization and you’ll begin to develop the vital skills required to be a leader
